Smartphone Meizu Pro 5, submitted last year, I enjoyed quite a long time, had time to understand all its positive and negative aspects. As a result, internally I determined for myself that Pro 5 is mine: excellent materials, good build, high performance not only in applications, but also with the interface, a good camera, a large amount of RAM, which did not unload necessary applications from it. The only censure is the size. Yes, it is thin, but relatively heavy and, most importantly (from a negative point of view), large. It's one thing to sit quietly in the office and periodically pick up the Pro 5 from the table to write another tweet, the other is to try to use the gadget on the go, in the subway or in a busy bus. I think that many will understand what is at stake.
Quite frankly, in the next generation of "probyk" I waited for the same diagonal of 5.7 inches, only with a more heaped chip and other parameters. However, Meizu surprised by presenting the Pro 6 in a much more compact form. That personally I can not but rejoice.
But it's worth starting with the fact that Meizu had a good way to lead us by the nose: remember how the pictures of a certain device "leaked" into the network, and everyone thought that this is a new iPhone. And when the novelty came out of Apple, many were at a loss: would such a design be used in another device of the "apple" company. After the announcement of Meizu Pro 6 everything fell into place. And I'm glad that Pro 6 was exactly the same mysterious device from the network.
Smartphone Pro 6 at the moment is the flagship of the company Meizu. There is a certainty that this is not for long: probably in the near future we will see a phablet (like the MX6) with technical characteristics of the "proshka", only with a large screen diagonal and resolution (5.7 "QHD SuperAMOLED) - some answer Xiaomi Mi Max.
Novelty Meizu Pro 6 is built on the chipset MediaTek Helio X25 (Pro 5 had a processor from Samsung), equipped with 4 GB of RAM, a small screen 5.2 inches and a resolution of FullHD. It's interesting that this time Meizu used the SuperAMOLED screen matrix with all the following settings. The camera module remained the same, but the lens changed slightly (the angle is slightly wider). From the original: in Pro 6 appeared analogue Apple 3D Touch - Meizu 3D Press.
At the moment, pre-order is open. The cost of Pro 6 at 32 GB is 33,000 rubles, at 64 GB - 36,000 rubles. And for those who will pay pre-order in full, the ears are HD50 (they cost about 5,000 rubles separately).

However, you can not escape: one way or another, most Chinese companies copy the appearance of Apple devices and do not even hide the fact that they are extremely positive about the products from Cupertino.
On the front side Meizu Pro 6 - a complete copy of the Apple iPhone 6S, the only difference is that in the Pro 6 mechanical button is not round, but oval. The shape of the body is rectangular, the corners are strongly beveled, a fashionable glass 2.5D is used, the side faces are sloping. In general, the device looks nice, neat and pretty enough.Dimensions - 147.7 x 70.8 x 7.2 mm, weight - 160 grams.
It seems that the Meizu Pro 6 is the fifth smartphone in the world with support for the technology of determining the pressure of the display. It is called 3D Press and offers all the same features as others: click on the icon to quickly go to the popular function, make a preview of the photos with the subsequent action. If it were not for Apple with its 3D Touch, the technology would have gone unnoticed, but the Cupertino players are actively promoting it, forcing the Chinese to become nervous and adopt. Honestly, an experienced user is extremely difficult to rebuild his scheme of interaction with the smartphone, so instead of the usual tap on the icon and the subsequent entry into the desired menu, press the icon with effort.
In the hand, the gadget is excellent, the weight could be less, but in this case the device would "dissolve" in the palm of your hand, which is not very pleasant when using the phone, it needs to be felt.
The back cover is metal, they say that the "iron" in it is about 98%. Let's take our word for it. Under the plastic inserts, there are antennas on the top and bottom. And they are distributed not in a straight line, but along the perimeter of the faces. Quite a simple, but original solution, to which the first to think up was Meizu.
The device will be available in three colors: silver and gold with a white front panel and dark gray with a black front panel. At us on the review there was a model in white. In my opinion, it looks less interesting than black (much like the Apple iPhone in the color of Space Gray). On the back side of Pro 6, there are visible marks from the hands, the front panel is covered with an oleophobic layer, the quality is excellent, the finger slides easily. The display is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass of the third generation.
From the top on the front panel are symmetrically arranged the front camera, the sensor of illumination and approach, the speech speaker. The speaker has a high volume (there is a stock), excellent intelligibility, a pleasant low-frequency timbre.
Under the screen - the proprietary button. It performs the same functions as the button in Pro 5: mechanical pressing (Home output), touching ("Back") and as dactyloscopic sensor mTouch 2.1: response speed 0.2 seconds, recognition angle 360 degrees, up to 5 fingerprints .
At the bottom there is a 3.5 mm audio output to the headphones, the main microphone, USB Type-C (USB 3.1) and four holes where the hands-free speaker hides. Above - an additional microphone.
On the right is the phone's power button (activation of the backlight, lock) and the volume rocker key. Made of metal, it is relatively convenient to use, I would like them to be more prominent.
On the left side there are metal sleds. They are equipped with two sim cards of the nano format. Slots for a memory card in this model are not provided.
On the back there is an eye of the camera, which rises a little above the body. The headband is silvery, polished metal. A little below, an unusual flash is formed: 10 small LEDs (5 warm glows and the same cold) are located in a circle. In the center of the flash is a black area. There is a laser focusing system.

Meizu Pro 6 uses a screen whose diagonal is 5.2 inches. Let me remind you that in M1 / M2 Note the diagonal is 5.5 ", in MX4 - 5.36", and in MX4 Pro - 5.5 ", in Pro 5 - 5.7".The physical size of the display Pro 6 - 64h114 mm, the frame from above - 15.5 mm, from the bottom - 16, to the right and left - slightly less than 3 mm, one of the best indicators. There is an anti-reflective coating.
The resolution of the Meizu Pro 6 display is FullHD, that is 1080x1920 pixels, density is 423 pixels per inch. The matrix is made by Samsung - SuperAMOLED. The so-called "Pentile" effect is present here, however it is completely invisible to the eye.

The maximum brightness of the white color is 352 cd / m2 (official data is 350). Contrast ratio is 10 000: 1.
The white line is the goal that we are trying to achieve. The yellow line is the actual data of the screen. You can see that we are almost directly on the target curve at values from 0 to 100%, which means that for each value the image is sufficiently highlighted. The yellow line is actually the average amount of red, green and blue.
The average value of the gamma is 2.3.
Judging by the level chart, the blue color is in excess, and the red is in short supply.
At a minimum brightness, the temperature is closer to 8300 K, with an increase of up to 9000 K.
Judging by the diagram, the obtained data far exceeds the sRGB triangle, especially in the green zone.
Almost all gray points are located outside the radius DeltaE = 10, which indicates that in gray colors there will be other shades of colors.
Viewing angles are maximum, under certain slopes of the screen the picture is slightly greyish.

In this model there are firm color saturation settings from Samsung. In addition, you can choose the color temperature and turn on the eye protection from blue.
The device supports quick wake-up functions: double tap, other gestures. There is a SmartTouch. When you turn on the screen a small dot appears, with which you can perform various actions: clicking on the point - "Back", moving from the bottom up - launching the notification panel and so on.
In Meizu Pro 6 there was a function 3D Press, which is an analogue of the 3D Touch from Apple. When you press a finger on certain elements of the interface, the device detects the force of pressing. Depending on this, it displays various information. For example, if you forcefully click on the "Phone" icon, an additional menu will appear with a choice between adding a new contact and searching for subscribers.
The chip is cool, but no more. It is unlikely that there will be a large number of programmers for application development just under Meizu Pro 6. Unless for the Chinese software market. In the settings you can choose the force of pressing or completely disable 3D Press.

Battery
This model uses a non-removable battery with a capacity of 2560 mAh.
When working with the device, the battery lasted approximately 15-17 hours: about 20-30 minutes of calls per day, about 6 hours of 3G / 4G use (constant synchronization of mail, Twitter, VotsApp, Skype, etc.), about 5 hours of Wi-Fi, a few dozen photos, an hour of listening to music.
In a more gentle mode, the gadget runs for up to 24 hours. If you leave only the synchronization of data (Wi-Fi), then you can expect a day or two. Up to 13 hours in constant talk mode.
In the movie mode (FullHD / 4K), the battery sinks after about 9 hours, in the game mode, the battery lasts about 3.5 hours, in the audio playback mode at the maximum volume - up to 50 hours.

Cameras
Two cameras: the main one at 21.16 MP (6 lenses, aperture F2.2, Sony IMX230 measuring 1 / 2.4 "with a pixel size of 1.12 nm), the front 5 MP (F2.0). The flash has two colors of light: cold and warm. There is a laser (in the company claim that its range has increased as much as 4 times) and phase focusing. Optical stabilization, unfortunately, is absent.
The Sony IMX230 module is the first multi-layer CMOS sensor with phase autofocus.
If you compare the camera Pro 5 and Pro 6, then the last pictures are slightly more wide-angle. As for the details, it is approximately the same. In general, I agree with the words of Artem Lutfullin:
"The camera in Meizu Pro 6 was better than it was in the Pro 5, in my opinion: the focus is slightly faster, slightly less noise, the picture itself became more voluminous and deep, but compare it with the cameras in LG G4, SGS6, Note 5 and especially with SGS7 / 7 Edge, I still do not undertake. "
If you do not compare the camera Meizu with other devices of about the same price category, then you have a great module. Always fast and accurate focusing, precise white balance, wide dynamic range and viewing angle, minimal amount of noise even under insufficient lighting conditions.
The device writes video in the maximum resolution of 3840x2160 pixels at 30 fps. The quality is good, but the main drawback is the narrow viewing angle. Although it is still more than in Pro 5.
The usual manual ISO parameters, exposure, focus, and exposure remained. In the rest nothing new.
